Sensei
Tim Moynihan began his training in the Martial Arts in 1977 at the Tai Jitsu Den in Elora/Fergus under the instruction
of Sensei Chris Bissett. After this school closed its doors he studied a myriad of other Martial Arts including

Master George
Picard, 4th generation Tai Chi / Qi Gong Master, is the director of the "WU YI JIE HE" Family System of Chinese Healing and

is an artist and mother who has trained in martial arts for over 12 years. After 4 years of instructing a hard art

David is a
Certifed Therapeutic Qi Gong & Tai Chi Instructor certified in Qi Gong, Lin Kong Jing & Zuhang Jing meditations,
moving Qi Gong and basic Tai Chi forms. He continues to study and train regularly with Sifu (and Sensei) George
Picard and lead beginner classes. He is available as an instructor and thoroughly enjoys the energy and enthusiasm

Laura Alderson
started training in martial arts in 2000 under Sensei/Sifu George Picard. His direction has been necessary to reach

Master Helen
Wu was born in Shanghai, China in 1956. She was trained by her grandfather, a legendary hero named Wang Zi-Ping, and her
mother, Professor Wang Ju-Rong, the first woman professor of Chinese martial arts in China. She was only three years old
when she started her traditional Chinese Martial Arts training, including Chaquan, Tantui, Baji, Green Dragon Sword,
Qiankun Ring, among many other forms. By the time she was 10, Helen Wu had learned many traditional Wushu weapon forms.
At that time, she often told her mother that her two favorite weapons were sword and fan. | ![]() | |
Master Simon
Hu was born in Shanghai in 1956. He began his training in the martial arts when he was 12 years old, studying under
both legendary martial artist Grandmaster Wang Zi-Ping (1881~1973), and Professor Wang Ju-Rong, the first female
